…STRONG WINDS OUT AHEAD OF APPROACHING STORMS… WINDS WILL GUST TO 45 TO 50 MPH ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHEAST AND EASTERN VIRGINIA AND THE LOWER EASTERN SHORE THROUGH 930 PM. THESE WINDS ARE OCCURRING MAINLY IN PRECIPITATION FREE AREAS OUT AHEAD OF STORMS SLOWLY APPROACHING FROM THE WEST. WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE WILL BE CAPABLE OF DOWNING SMALL TREES AND LIMBS.

AREAS OF FOG…LOCALLY DENSE…ACROSS THE LOWER MARYLAND AND VIRGINIA EASTERN SHORE WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF A MILE IN MANY LOCATIONS. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY DUE TO THE AREAS OF FOG.
